Recovery - How to make the system work for you!


The 6th SMMGP National Primary Care Development Conference will be on Thursday 13 October 2011 at the Burlington Hotel, Birmingham.
This conference is about embedding recovery in primary care drug and alcohol services. The programme includes:
Practical examples of the recovery system in action in primary care.
Forging links to self-help.
Workshops on payment by results, stigma, peer mentoring, welfare reform, engaging with GP consortia, health and wellbeing for people who use drugs and alcohol.
The journey ahead, including Public Health England; the inclusion of alcohol in the drug strategy.
