- I am a GP and also work in an inpatient addictions unit in South London. I am honorary regional lead for the Royal College of General Practitioners Substance Misuse and Associated Health unit. I hope this blog will allow all those working with substance users in the community in Greater London - GPs, shared care workers, pharmacists, prison staff and patients - to stay in touch with the current events.
